Mousehole's quaint narrow streets are home to a selection of old inns, restaurants and shops (100 yards), and the bustling town of Penzance is just 3 miles away. A little further around the bay, and accessed by causeway at low tide, lies the majestic National Trust property of St Michael's Mount. Sennen's fine surfing beach, the Minack open air theatre at Porthcurnow, and Land's End are all a short drive. Day trips to the Isles of Scilly, by ferry or helicopter, depart from Penzance.

Mousehole is a fishing port and village in south west Cornwall, England. It is popular with tourists, attracted by its 'traditional Cornish fishing village' harbour and appearance, and is not far from Paul, Newlyn, Penzance, Lamorna, and Madron and is one of over 250 towns or villages in Cornwall in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest designated cities are Truro (population 20,920), Plymouth (population 243,795), and Exeter (which has a population of 106,772 according to the 2001 Census).
